To further improve the quality of project delivery, GREW has completed the iterative upgrade of its internal service system and strengthened its ability to control the entire project lifecycle. This upgrade covers the entire process of preliminary survey, scheme review, construction node follow-up, whole house customization docking, soft decoration layout, and completion acceptance.

After the upgrade, the key projects will implement a final review mechanism for the main creative designer's plan. For homestay, commercial club, villa and large residential projects, we will strengthen multi-party collaborative management of hard decoration, soft decoration, and wooden customization, establish a multi node review system, effectively reduce plan deviations, and ensure the complete implementation of design ideas.
